•Additional docs (e.g. A Design & Access Statement if specified by the planners)
•Amendments to drawings based on planners comments
Building Regulations
Price to be agreed
upon planning approval we will need to provide construction drawings for building control and builders.
This is include:
•Construction Plans•Construction Sections•Construction Elevations
•Electrical plans•Joist/beam and block layouts (if required)
•Specification details•Completed application forms
We also have a list of trusted builders who can provide a quote for all building works
